Visualizing the dimensions at which Vizag city is growing – Industrially, as a knowledge hub and as a tourist place, the increasing demand of the rising population to break stress and entertain themselves or to serve their need of holding functions like marriages is well  recognized. Considering the location, size and the above mentioned needs this project is conceptualized on a very unique note. Being the first of its kind, it serves as a solution to the above mentioned requirements. 

The project is designed as G+4 building with units of 700 sft approx. It is well landscaped and provides amenities such as roof top infinity swimming pool, home theatre, a well equipped Ac gym, children’s play area and games like billiards, table tennis, ice hockey boards etc. The project also facilitates two restaurants and a spa for complete relaxation and entertainment along with a banquet hall for marriages, business conferences, seminars, birthday parties etc.
